-- On Monday-January 5, 2009-The newly elected officials of the Ohio General Assembly will be sworn in at the State House. Representative Speaker-elect and Mrs. Budish have requested the on-site caterer to feature Ohio Proud products during the day’s festivities. "Dolce Pizzelles" & other Ohio Proud partners have been chosen to showcase our products at the afternoon reception. More than 500 attendees are expected to be a part of this celebration.
On Thursday-January 8, 2009-A Food Fare sponsored by the Jefferson County Farm Bureau from 5:00 - 7:30 PM at St. Florian Hall in Wintersville, OH., Featuring local restaurants and vendors, including...Dolce Pizzelles Cookie Co., Todd Piergallini, Daman's, Zalenski's, Tastefully Simple, Munchies by Michelle, Peanut Butter Passion, Passion, Coffee Cake Winery, & Baker Boys. Come sample local Jefferson County's culinary treats; enjoy door prizes, drawings, and demonstrations by Ohio Farm Bureau.
On Sat. Jan. 31 & Sunday Feb. 1,2009--Ohio Power Show, at the Ohio Expo Center & State Fair Grounds in Columbus, OH, watch cooking demonstrations at 11:00 am and 1:00 PM each day. Ohio Proud companies will be on hand to demonstrate their products from the Mobile Chef Wagon and sell their product to consumers at the Ohio Proud Store. (10:00 am to 4 p.m.) Fri. & Sat
